We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are shipping to most countries worldwide.

2. How much is the shipping?

We ship free on orders over $149 and charge $8.99 for shipping on orders under $149.

Shipping Time

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time:

2-5 working days (Due to the current coronavirus, the pick-up time is delayed to 3 to 7 days), It takes 15-25 days for customized products.

• Shipping time:

    • Orders over $149 will be handled directly by DHL/UPS/FedEx/USPS. This may take 3-5 business days for delivery (due to the current coronavirus, delivery may be delayed to 5-7 business days)!
    • Orders under $149 will be delivered by our partnered third party couriers, this may take 10-15 business days for delivery (due to the current coronavirus, delivery may be delayed to 15-25 business days)!

Remote rural areas and war zone :

Please contact us before ordering if you are located in remote rural areas,  some areas cannot be delivered.

Also, we don't ship to the war area. 

Delivery times have been slightly delayed worldwide due to the current coronavirus crisis.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier.

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

3. How do I track my orders?

You can track your order on our website.

Please note: Shipping may take up to 5 to 20 business days depending on your location(It does not include product production time).

For some countries like Mid-east Asia, and South America, it will take 15-30 business days, some can take up to 35 business days depending on the location for the situation now.

4. How long does it take to get my products?

We will ship within 2-5 business days you place your order(It takes 10-20 days for customized products), it will ship from China and it usually takes 7-20 business days to get your product.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.
